The rising of 🇬🇧 sparkling

Had the chance to come across some sparkling wine from 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. Hmmm....English sparkling??? Whiskey 🥃yeah ...wines 🤔 ? I had jump into the opportunity to 🥂 to find out. It intrigue me even more as they were made using the same traditional method as 🇫🇷

The 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 house is Nyetimber and the 2 wines are the Classic Curvee and the Rose NV 🍾

Having 🍷 them , my opinion is that they are more light and fruity in nature . Very different from the classic 🇫🇷 style which tends to be more brut . I suspect that they would complement Asian dishes rather well.

Given the young age of the vines, I am looking forward to be able to have a taste of their vintage sparkling. To be able to evaluate how they mature out.

Sometimes global weather 🌦changes give some unexpected surprise. With BREXIT around the corner, at least this is one surprise to look forward too.
