A cooking expedition to the unknown

Friends and family have always commented well on my cooking. Maybe they are just being kind & polite so I wondered if this is truely so.

Decided to explore cooking for strangers is the best way to assess my abilities. Got onto a local platform to do daily home cook meals. Reviews and sales will determine if my efforts in cooking would be well recieved. Got a bunch of pictures to share with all on some of the stuff I would be making. Hopefully, people will enjoy my effort and share their thoughts in allowing me to learn and improve. Will still be doing my bake though and this would allow me to explore more during the time in between bake and taking care of the kids Intend to do more of Singaporean classic dishes before they get withered away
