A Vegan experience
In deciding to give a hand in making a vegan cake, I chose the classic chocolate vegan recipe for my first attempt. At least you can't go too wrong with the taste of chocolateđ«
Substituting milk and eggs with soya milk and nuts, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. My wrong perception of no cow milk & eggs in a cake being unpalatable resides in my mind. I was very curious to see this would work though to make a decent vegan cake. With a little guide & help , i start to get a better understanding on how these replacement ingredients work.
I was pleasantly surprised when it all piece together to produce a lovely looking and definitely great tasting chocolate cakeđ
